Each plan contains a Workout Glossary, a core routine, a dynamic warm up routine + video tutorial, a video link for a strides explanation, a video link with some drill examples, an optional recovery week and plenty of information to help you learn, not just train. The plans also contain a large amount of notes to help you follow the plan independently, but if you ever have any questions about the plan Jayy is happy to answer emails or Instagram DMs
Each plan contains a Workout Glossary to help you learn and understand how each workout should feel. The plan contains pace guides, but Jayy believes it is much more important for runners to understand effort levels (RPE) than just follow pace goals.
Each plan is split into 3 phases to help you understand the goal of that set of weeks. For example the 5k Base Phase is: Threshold + Volume whereas the Main Phase is: Anaerobic and top end development. Again this to help you learn how Jayy approaches training, and how he has found success in this type of periodisation.
Every plan can be purchased as a stand alone plan, or you can purchase a 30min consultation with Jayy to help you implement the plan into your daily life. This consultation option would be very helpful for those who would like to follow a plan, but are not quite at the fitness level required to start the plan. For example, the sub 16 plan recommends that you can already run under 16:30 (in order to use the pace goals). If you are in 16:45 shape then Jayy can help you adjust the paces in the consultation.
